Fitting all went swimmingly until I realised I was missing the mounting plates to fit on the cupboard carcase for the clip on hinges. I emailed drawerboxes the next day and they promptly delivered the missing parts very promptly. Minor human mistakes can happen in the best run businesses but the customer service is excellent . very substantial well made system.

Good quality products and arrived promptly and well packed. boxes too heavy had to roll into house.
no pilot holes provided to help line things up square. Written instructions very poor written by someone who can do this in their sleep. It was a challenge to even figure out what's top and bottom or front and back or how the runners work. Needs a tiny drill bit to pilot holes first. I've made the draws up but not fitted them yet. I'm pretty handy but this is krypton factor territory.
